Finish Your Work Beforehand or Postpone Them:

It is advisable to postpone any unnecessary task to after Iftaar. Unnecessary exertion may drain you of your energy. It’s always a great idea to finish your chores after Iftaar rather than when you are fasting.

Keep a Tab on Your Baby’s Health:

Your fasting may not affect your baby’s health, but it’s always good to keep an eye on your baby. Always consult your paediatrician if you notice any weight loss, fewer wet diapers, change of your baby’s poop colour or any other health issues.

Usually fasting does not cause any complications for your baby or you while you are breastfeeding, but, if your baby is less than 6 months of age it is advisable to discuss with your doctor and your baby’s paediatrician about fasting.
